Information we collect
We collect information you provide when requesting a pilot, creating a venue account, registering as a performer, uploading media, voting or contacting a venue team.
How we use it
We use your information to run LocalStars events, manage accounts, deliver security codes and service emails, process payments, respond to pilot requests and improve the service.
Who can see it
Venue managers can see information needed to run their own events. Public performer and event information is shown only where the service identifies it as public. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
We use access controls, private storage, encrypted connections and two-step venue login. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please contact us promptly if you suspect misuse.
Retention and choices
We keep information only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations and legitimate business records. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
